    During his twenty-year career, Stephen Burt has worked on such projects as The Borgias and Penny Dreadful. Although he has a flat in Glasgow, Burt travels extensively for work, shuttling off to places like Sweden, Germany, Belgium, and Hungary. He discusses the rewards and challenges of this mobile lifestyle and reflects on the obstacles his native Scotland faces when competing for foreign productions.
